Oomama is a diverse group of women: some grandmothers, some not, some elderly and some young.
With varied skills and demands we recognize differing levels of commitment, time, energy, ability and expertise. We welcome and value our differences. At the same time, we are bonded by the common belief, that together, we can make this world a better place for our African sisters.
Take part in a growing movement in solidarity with hundreds of women’s groups across Canada – over 5,000 women – who are committed to turning the tide of HIV/AIDS in Africa.
